Royal Bliss, American Hitmen, and The Wayne Hoskins Band Perform at Mississippi Moon Bar Sept. 15
DUBUQUE, IOWA—Royal Bliss, American Hitman and Wayne Hoskins will bring their southern rock and country music to Mississippi Moon Bar on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2017.
Formed in Salt Lake City, Utah, modern rock band Royal Bliss burst into the music scene nearly two decades ago, bringing heartland rock to their fans. The band’s 2009 album “Life In-Between” charted in the Billboard top 200 and hit No. 1 in Billboard Heatseekers. In 2012, their self-released album “Waiting Out the Storm” reached No. 9 on the iTunes Rock Charts and No. 2 in Billboard Heatseekers. Most recently, the band released their rock and country EP “The Truth,” which includes the hit song “We’re All Livin’ The Dream.” Throughout their career, Royal Bliss has toured with acts such as Buckcherry, Candlebox, Kid Rock and Papa Roach.
In 2005, brothers and U.S. Marine Corps Combat Veterans Tim and Dan Cord formed American Hitmen after four years of service in the military. Together with the band’s drummer Phil Snyder and bassist Dave Briggs, they’ve traveled around the world performing their hit rock ‘n’ roll singles. In 2009, American Hitmen performed in Vietnam alongside Run-DMC, making them the first American rock band to perform in Vietnam in more than 35 years. The band was also in season eight of “America’s Got Talent” in 2013, where they performed at Radio City Music Hall. American Hitmen has toured various parts of Europe and the U.S., performing for more than 13,000 active duty military members and their families.
The Wayne Hoskins Band features five highly talented musicians who each bring their creative style and unique sound to the group. The band is best known for their ability to intersect multiple musical genres as they sing about their personal lives and experiences. Bandmembers include Band Leader, Lead Vocalist and Guitarist Dustin Wayne; Lead Guitarist and Backup Vocalist Dave Lund; Keyboardist Michael Higgins; Bassist Carl Santoro; and Percussionist Eric Santoro.
