BoDeans: Stripped Down, Beautiful Renditions of BoDeans Classics to Perform at Mississippi Moon Bar Nov. 11

DUBUQUE, Iowa— America’s premier roots-rock bands, the BoDeans will bring its alternative

sounds to Mississippi Moon Bar on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017. While famous for its well-attended

hard-rocking shows, the band is playing a handful of select markets in listening rooms featuring a

performance with much quieter, more intimate, stripped-down versions of classic BoDeans songs.

Best known for their massive hit and the TV show “Party Of Five” theme song "Closer to Free,"

BoDeans also charted with "Fadeaway," "Only Love," "Dreams," "Good Things," "You Don't Get Much"

and "Idaho." Their T-Bone Burnett-produced debut 'Love & Hope & Sex & Dreams' won them a Rolling

Stone readers' poll as 'Best New American Band' and nearly 30 years later BoDeans are still one of

the best live acts, delivering amazing high energy performances!

Those who have followed BoDeans’ remarkable 30-year musical career know that their blend of

compelling songs and high energy performances have retained an unpretentious rock & roll loyal

following like no other. The band’s accessible adult alternative sound has led to many a milestone,

including support slots with U2, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Tom Petty, George Thorogood, The

Pretenders, David Bowie and numerous others.

The show starts at 8 p.m. with ticket prices starting at $20. Tickets go on sale Saturday, Sept. 9

at 10 a.m. at www.moonbarrocks.com; Diamond Jo Casino’s Diamond Club, Mississippi Moon Bar Box Office or
