Bistro 57’s Valentine’s Day menu features a three-course dinner, starting with an artichoke salad with walnuts, frisée lettuce in lemon olive oil dressing topped with shaved parmesan cheese. For the main course, Bistro 57 will serve fettuccini with shrimp and champagne cream sauce. A slice of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake will be served for dessert. Salted Lime is serving up a Valentine’s Day special for two for $32 from 4 p.m. to close. The special will feature beef and shrimp fajitas served with all the fixings. For dessert, couples can share a Mexican chocolate coconut flan with rose water syrup.
