Gold Coast Hotel and Casino – Las Vegas
Cornerstone will serve an indulgent four-course Valentine’s Day dinner menu for $52 per person. For starters, guests can enjoy lump crab salad served with arugula and lemon pepper aioli followed by their choice of soup du jour or a spring Sonoma salad with heirloom tomatoes, shaved marinated fennel, feta cheese and herb vinaigrette. The main entrée will feature surf and turf with a 5-oz. beef filet, pan roasted tiger shrimp and white truffle risotto. Lastly, couples can end their date with a decadent chocolate trio that includes white chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate ganache torte and white chocolate cheesecake.
Prime Rib Loft
The Orleans Hotel and Casino – Las Vegas
Prime Rib Loft is offering a romantic Valentine’s Day evening, featuring a special dinner menu for $48 per person. The dinner will begin with a shrimp cocktail shot and the choice of cream of tomato bisque with grilled cheese croutons or a watermelon and feta cheese salad served with seedless watermelon, jicama, shaved red onion, feta cheese and fresh mint drizzled with balsamic and honey reduction and olive oil. Guests will have the option to choose one of two entrée options, including the twin stuffed lobster dainties served with two crab stuffed Canadian lobster tails, tomato risotto and fresh broccolini Maltaise. The second entrée option is the Boursin stuffed filet mignon served with croquette potatoes, fresh broccolini Maltaise and port wine demi-glace. To finish off the Valentine’s Day meal, Prime Rib Loft will serve a trio of cheesecakes featuring a selection of decadent cheesecake petit fours.
In honor of Valentine’s Day, lovers can enjoy Prime Rib Loft’s new “Heart & Soul” martini throughout the month of February for $12. The specially concocted drink is mixed with vodka, Hpnotiq and a splash of grenadine, featuring hints of blue and red tones served in a martini glass.

Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall – Las Vegas
The Angry Butcher will serve a mouthwatering four-course Valentine’s Day dinner for two for $80. The meal will begin with a sea scallop sauté, featuring tender sea scallops over wilted baby spinach with a pink champagne sauce, as well as a Sonoma salad with balsamic vinaigrette atop crisp field greens, cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese and sundried apricots. For the main course, guests can choose from two options, including the charbroiled beef tenderloin, which includes fork-tender, melt-in-your-mouth steak served with butter-whipped potatoes and red wine sauce. The second option is a premium pan-roasted Scottish salmon served with green pea risotto and roasted winter vegetables. Couples can end their meal with a warm molten chocolate cake served with vanilla bean ice cream.
IP Casino Resort Spa – Biloxi, Miss.
The AAA Four Diamond-rated restaurant tien will offer delicious Asian cuisine in their special Valentine’s Day menu. The special menu features ahi tuna poke with mango, green and red onion, avocado, edamame, sesame seed and spiced fried lotus root for $14; Wagyu Gunkan sushi rolled with wagyu beef, sushi rice, soy, lemon, ginger, chives, Togarashi fried potato straw and black pepper sauce for $18; seared Thai marinated salmon filet served with black rice salad and ginger orange dressing for $28; tien surf and turf with soy ginger marinated 14-oz. ribeye, stuffed lobster tail, cilantro lime and honey glazed grilled sweet potatoes served with a side of Asian slaw for $34; and for dessert, tien is serving chocolate filled passion fruit soufflé tarts with passion fruit glaze for $8.
William B’s Steakhouse
Blue Chip Casino Hotel and Spa – Michigan City, Ind.
William B’s Steakhouse’s Valentine’s Day special will feature a four-course dinner menu for two for $120, available from Friday, Feb. 9 through Sunday, Feb. 18. Diners will begin their meal with a Caesar salad served with parmesan tuiles and creamy Caesar dressing and a roasted mushroom cream soup. The main entrée will feature chateaubriand that includes sliced filet mignon, fingerling potatoes, sautéed Brussel sprouts and béarnaise sauce. For dessert, couples can delight in Chef Rudy’s chocolate duet.
