Team Member Services Specialist

The Team Member Services Specialist will effectively and efficiently provide Human Resources and Benefits Shared Services to Boyd Gaming team members consistent with the Company’s established procedures. The person in the role will process and respond to requests for information and transactions related to one or more areas of HR/Benefits specialization. Additionally, the Team Member Services Specialist is responsible for adhering to established service standards and performance metrics for all activities and ensuring services delivered are consistent and in alignment with established Service Level Agreements.

Senior Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for the deployment, support and maintenance of infrastructure systems. This role is expected to also provide technical leadership in the deployment of converged, hyper-converged and software-defined datacenter infrastructure. Senior Systems Engineers provide mentoring and advice for the infrastructure systems team.

Senior Engineer Desktop Systems

The senior-level Desktop Systems Engineer is responsible and accountable for the functionality, reliability and stability of the Client Device Management infrastructure. The individual in this role is expected to be highly skilled in multiple areas of technology, including, but not limited to Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft BitLocker, anti-virus software, as well as group policy and enterprise mobility management. Additionally, this role is expected to work closely and successfully with the infrastructure and support teams.

Senior Database Engineer

The Senior Database Engineer is responsible for the overall management of the enterprise database systems. This role must specialize in the database engineering function. The individual in this role must also be a highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within the organization as it pertains to management, design, and implementation of database systems. The Senior Database Engineer is also expected to determine efficient ways to maximize performance, including hardware, server configuration changes or query/index changes.

Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager provides leadership responsibly to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of the payroll function, making sure of timely reporting. The person in this role will ensure Key Production Indicators (KPIs) are accurately tracked to maximize and improve the services provided. The Payroll Manager is responsible for directing and managing all payroll staff and processes associated with multi-company, multi-state payrolls. He or she will process payrolls ensuring accurate completion within the time schedule and monitor all tax and other payroll deductions. The Payroll Manager is also responsible for payroll-related set up and table maintenance of the Human Resource Information System as well as time and attendance systems.

Internal Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Manager manages the Internal Audit Department for a specified region, and assists the Vice President of Internal Audit in identifying areas to be audited and preparing time budgets. The individual in this role will plan, oversee and perform audits of various properties to assess effectiveness and efficiency of operations.

Accounts Receivable Accounting Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Accounting Specialist performs day-to-day processing of accounts receivable transactions in connection with the operation. The person in this role will ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and that all activities are being performed in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Accounts Receivable Accounting Specialist will validate that collections are being made within the company guidelines and deliver dependable customer service to both vendors as well as Boyd Gaming team members. The individual in this position provides additional support to the department as requested.

Accounts Payable Supervisor

The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees responsibility of the Accounts Payable team. The person in this role will review work product and ensure work is completed in a timely manner. The Accounts Payable Supervisor provides leadership and is responsible for following company internal controls and state specific regulatory requirements. The individual in this position will coach, mentor and train the Accounts Payable team and ensure that all projects meet the Accounts Payable Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Accounts Payable Supervisor also ensures workload is distributed appropriately to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maximizing and improving the services provided.

Food and Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily front-of-house operations in his or her assigned food outlets. The individual in this role ensures full compliance with company standards, policies and procedures as well as with all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations.

Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor

The Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of team members in all food and beverage outlets open during his or her assigned shift.

Cage Cashier

The Cage Cashier executes monetary transactions for guests in an assigned window bank and maintains an accurate balance count of Company assets, while providing excellent customer service.

Clerk Sales

The individual in this role will obtain merchandise and answer questions for customers concerning the location, price and use of merchandise. The person in this position will accept payment from customers, utilizing a computerized cash register. The Clerk will also maintain an accurate bank and set up merchandise displays to promote sales.

Custodian I Public

Custodians are responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas (e.g. hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms, etc.). The individuals in this role will also deliver and retrieve rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards and other items to guest rooms.

Guest Room Attendant

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms in accordance with Company and departmental standards.

Attendant Snack Bar – Subway

The Snack Bar Attendant will receive food and beverage orders from guests as well as prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards. The person in this position will also operate the cash register, complete monetary transactions, maintain an accurate bank and maintain cleanliness of the snack bar area.
