Enterprise Solution Architect

The Enterprise Solution Architect is a senior-level solution developer, lead solution infrastructure designer and is fully competent in a defined solution architecture delivery discipline or product. This position resolves semi-routine issues involving design, development and infrastructure redesign, and is typically assigned to design, retrofit or debug most aspects of enterprise architectures or major subcomponents. The person in this role will be responsible for designing enterprise architecture solutions for multiple systems that are under the core responsibility of IT.

Surveillance Technician

The Surveillance Technician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all surveillance system cameras, monitors, recorders and other related equipment.

IT Accounting Specialist

This position is responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, projections, analyses and presentations using spreadsheets, graphs and applications.  The IT Accounting Specialist analyzes financial data, including labor utilization, trends and projects for capital and operational efficiencies. The individual in this role also participates in the preparation of corporate allocations, budgeting, forecasting and related reports as needed.

The Major Incident Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of major IT incidents and problems in support of the strategic and operational needs of the Company’s business units and users.

Direct Marketing Supervisor

This position is responsible for assisting the Direct Marketing Campaigns Manager (DMCM) in the execution of various corporate direct marketing activities, including direct mail, email, property coordination and communication, vendor management, list processing and offer creation. Inclusive in this responsibility is some direct response to inquiries, some forwarding for resolution, categorizing and tracking for improvement opportunities, and the ability to attain 90 percent or above first-time resolution. This position will also be responsible for assisting the DMCM in ad-hoc projects and database list generation for mail, email, kiosks, hotel systems and more. The Direct Marketing Supervisor maintains compliance with policies and procedures, and performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. The individual in this role also assures exceptional customer service to all by communicating in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.

General Ledger Accountant

The General Ledger Accountant prepares journal entries with supporting documentation (excluding revenue, AP accruals, payroll and fixed asset entries) in accordance with GAAP. The accountant prepares monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts and reconciles cash activity throughout each month. As part of the Accounting Team, it is part of his or her responsibility to meet gaming revenue audit Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for properties and other key stakeholders. The General Ledger Accountant must always strive to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize services provided. The accountant is also responsible for ad-hoc tasks required by management including, but not limited to, research, analysis, and reconciliations.

Revenue Audit Manager

The Revenue Audit Manager is responsible for the leadership and operation of the non-gaming revenue audit and accounts receivable departments, and professional development of staff. This manager will be an advocate for technology and innovation. The individual in this position will have a leadership responsibility to meet revenue audit and accounts receivable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to properties and other key stakeholders. Additionally, he or she will have a leadership responsibility to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are appropriately defined and accurately tracked to maximize and improve the services provided. The Revenue Audit Manager will be the key communicator with property finance regarding SLA performance and to ensure correct operating procedures are adhered to in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal controls standards.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist performs day-to-day processing of accounts receivable transactions in connection with the operation. The person in this role will ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and that all activities are being performed in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Accounts Receivable Specialist will validate that collections are being made within the Company guidelines and deliver dependable customer service to both the vendors as well as Boyd Gaming team members. The individual in this position provides additional support to the department as requested.

Payroll Accounting Specialist

The Payroll Accounting Specialist performs day-to-day processing of payroll in connection with the properties. The individual in this role maintains a high level of accuracy as it relates to entering information into the computer system, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and that all activities are being performed in accordance Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  The Payroll Accounting Specialist delivers dependable customer service to the properties, departments and Boyd Gaming team members. This position will also provide additional support to the departments as requested.

Telephone Operator

Suncoast Hotel and Casino – Las Vegas

The Telephone Operator will receive and accurately route phone calls through the property’s telephone system in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. The individual in this role will answer incoming calls on console and accurately direct calls to appropriate extensions/parties. The Telephone Operator will also greet and respond to guests’ requests in a friendly, courteous manner and maintain a complete knowledge of emergency procedures. Additionally, the telephone operator will receive and log all emergency calls and direct to security and/or facility maintenance departments.

Orleans Arena Usher

Orleans Arena at The Orleans Hotel and Casino – Las Vegas

It is the primary responsibility of the Usher to provide seating direction and ensure the comfort of Orleans Arena guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures. Job functions include the following: provide general information about the property and the various venues; ensure that guests are properly seated and late seating policies are followed; assist with guest seating and ticketing; distribute event programs; assist with the enforcement of arena policies and restrictions; alert management of any special needs for guests or emergency situations; conduct guest and talent screening upon entrance; control credential access; direct guests in an evacuation scenario; and perform all other job related duties as requested.
