Rainbow Campus Opportunities – Las Vegas, NV

Accounts Payable Supervisor  

The Accounts Payable Supervisor has supervisory responsibility for the accounts payable team, overseeing 10+ direct team members. The individual in this role has the ability to drive and manage progress in the department along with the properties, and has leadership responsibility to meet accounts payable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to properties and other key stakeholders. The Accounts Payable Supervisor ensures that the workload is distributed appropriately to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize and improve services provided. He or she has leadership responsibility for compliance with Company internal controls and state specific regulatory requirements, as well as to coach, mentor and train the Accounts Payable team to drive KPIs.

Business Analyst II - Support Services

The Business Analyst II is accountable for ensuring business satisfaction for all operational aspects related to the relationship between IT and the business. This role will have a specific area(s) of operational expertise, and will act as a direct liaison, servicing the business, maintaining relationship continuity with IT and understanding/driving a variety of related operational processes.

Senior Financial Analyst - Procurement

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation of reports and analyses, utilizing spreadsheets and graphs. The individual in the role will analyze procurement bids, proposals, contracts and financial data, including market and consumer indices and trends, historical events and special events. The Senior Financial Analyst is proficient in the preparation of the monthly diversity reports and other operations reports.  He or she is also responsible for Company energy program financial management, reporting and analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a resource to the sourcing and procurement teams in providing accurate analysis related to contract bids and/or performance review and measurement. 

Purchasing Buyer

The Purchasing Buyer is responsible for soliciting bids for high dollar and/or high-volume products and services and selecting the best vendors for the Company’s needs. The individual in this role facilitates the purchase and delivery processes as indicated. Additionally, the Purchasing Buyer actively pursues and secures vendor rebates and credits as indicated.

Hotel Reservations Agent

The Hotels Reservations Agent provides guests with friendly and efficient service by answering incoming calls for the purpose of selling and reserving hotel rooms in a high-volume call center for multiple properties.

Sous Chef

California Hotel and Casino – Las Vegas, NV

The Sous Chef will coordinate and administer all food preparation, presentation and service procedures as directed by the Executive Chef. He or she will monitor the quantity of prepared food and ensure proper rotation and utilization of stored food to prevent waste. The Sous Chef will oversee food preparation to ensure proper consistency, flavor, presentation, and portion control, as well as monitor employee performance, provide instruction as needed and monitor staffing levels.
