Located in the southern Indiana area at Florence, Belterra Casino Resort is a classic luxury casino resort on the scenic Ohio River, within an hour’s drive of Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky.
The largest casino resort hotel in the Hoosier State is also home to a world-class, 18-hole championship golf course designed by master golf architect Tom Fazio. The two-story riverboat also offers 608 newly remodeled guest rooms, including junior and VIP suites.
Hungry guests won’t be for long with six restaurants to choose from, including a buffet and Belterra Casino Resort’s signature, 19 Steak & Seafood, named in honor of Indiana being the 19th state to join the Union. Guests can shop at three retail stores and enjoy headliner entertainment in the 1,500-seat CenterStage Showroom, which in the past has featured Tony Bennett, Don Rickles, Bret Michaels and Sugarland.
Belterra also includes a fitness center, full-service spa and more than 50,000 square feet of conference space.
“Our goal is to attract a resort customer, so we focus on providing our guests well-appointed hotel rooms, top-notch service and premier amenities like our spa and golf course,” said Blair Bendel, Belterra Casino Resort Vice President of Marketing.
Belterra Casino Resort’s 1,000 team members actively participate in Shelterhouse in Cincinnati, which prepares and serves food to the homeless; and partners with the Freestore Food Bank, the largest emergency food and services provider in Greater Cincinnati, northern Kentucky and southeast Indiana. Table game team members founded H.O.P.P.S. – Helping Our Pediatric Patients Smile – which assists pediatric cancer patients and their families in the Tri-State area.
“Our success is really because of the work and dedication of our team members. They are the ones providing outstanding service, helping to create memorable experiences,” said Peter Chu, Belterra Casino Resort Vice President and General Manager. “We are incredibly excited to join the Boyd Gaming family, which has long been known for its integrity and commitment to excellent service. Boyd’s style and Belterra’s values are very closely aligned, and soon with B Connected, will ensure continued success for our property.”
