Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining

The Orleans Hotel and Casino – Las Vegas

Alder & Birch will offer a delicious three-course, prix fixe Valentine’s Day dinner for $65 per person. To begin the meal, diners can choose from a crab napoleon layered with pico de gallo, avocado and cilantro vinaigrette dressing or a winter endive and arugula salad. For the entrée, guests can order the Oscar-style filet mignon served with a snow crab claw, fingerling potatoes and a fresh vegetable bundle. Another entrée option guests can enjoy will be the macadamia nut-crusted sea bass with citrus glaze, risotto Milanese, haricot verts and a crudité mix of micro vegetables. Diners can also choose the land and sea mixed grill, featuring lamb lollipop, lobster medallions française and bleu cheese scalloped potatoes. For dessert, guests will be served a pumpkin gingersnap tiramisu or a cheesecake sampler.

Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse

Gold Coast Hotel and Casino – Las Vegas

Cornerstone will serve an indulgent Valentine’s Day dinner menu for $60 per person. For starters, guests can enjoy a wild mushroom strudel with braised lentils, chèvre cheese and crème fraiche. The main entrée will feature a petite center-cut filet mignon with lobster, served with cabernet wine sauce, hollandaise sauce, turned root vegetables and Yukon gold purée. Lastly, lovebirds can end their date with a decadent chocolate hazelnut gateau, featuring Nutella cream, almond praline ice cream and hazelnut crunch.

The Angry Butcher Steakhouse

Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall – Las Vegas

The Angry Butcher will serve a savory multi-course Valentine’s Day dinner for $45 per person. The meal will begin with the choice of classic lobster bisque or a baby beet salad. For the main course, guests can choose from three options, including the ribeye steak and pan-fried sea scallops. The second option is filet mignon paired with an Alaskan lobster tail, and the third option is a roast chicken and shrimp scampi served with jumbo shrimp sautéed with lemon and garlic butter sauce. Couples will end their meal with a chocolate mousse dessert with fresh berries. Each diner will also be served a glass of Crémant d’Alsace Brut Rosé sparkling wine and chocolate-dipped strawberries

Bayview Café

IP Casino Resort Spa – Biloxi, Mississippi

IP’s newest restaurant, Bayview Café, is offering a special Valentine’s Day menu that will enchant guests. The special Valentine’s Day menu features a fresh-seared Atlantic salmon served with jumbo lump blue crab, herb roasted fingerling potatoes and asparagus topped with brown butter hollandaise. For dessert, diners can enjoy flourless chocolate cake topped with raspberry coulis all for $26.95. The Valentine’s Day menu will be available on Thursday, Feb. 14 from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.

Bugatti’s Steak & Pasta

Ameristar Casino Resort Spa – St. Charles, Missouri

The Italian favorite Bugatti’s Steak & Pasta will serve a flavorful four-course Valentine’s Day dinner for $80 per couple. The special dinner features a surf-n-turf main entrée with a five-oz. beef filet, 12-oz. lobster tail, mascarpone whipped potatoes, broccolini and red wine jus. Diners will also complement their meal with a Caesar salad, lobster bisque and tiramisu for dessert.

Revolution Chophouse

Valley Forge Casino Resort – King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Revolution Chophouse will serve up a three-course sweetheart special, starting Thursday, Feb. 14 through Saturday, Feb. 16 for $100 per couple. For starters, couples can choose to enjoy a grilled radicchio salad, mushroom bisque or roasted oysters. The main entrée options feature duck breast, filet mignon and a cioppino dish that includes clams, mussels, shrimp, cod, spicy tomato broth and a sourdough toast. For dessert, lovers can delight in a rich red velvet cheesecake.

Woodfire Grill

Kansas Star Casino Hotel Event Center – Mulvane, Kansas

Enjoy a romantic dinner for two at the Woodfire Grille, starting Thursday, Feb. 14 through Saturday, Feb. 16 for $75. The special Valentine’s Day menu includes the choice of house or Caesar salad for starters. The main entrée features a delicious 16-oz. Chateaubriand steak for two served with red wine glaze, Robuchon potatoes and roasted baby carrots. Round out the perfect meal with a sweet dessert, which is a raspberry-white chocolate mousse.
