Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa
On Fridays and Saturdays in February from 5 p.m. to close, MRKT Sea & Land will offer a special date night menu, featuring delectable options for $95 per couple. For starters, guests can share a tasty appetizer, choosing from tempura lobster bites served with a red pepper aioli and firecracker sauce, or grilled bacon with apricot chutney. Couples can choose from two entrées, including shrimp alexander served with hollandaise sauce and rice pilaf, or Strauss veal chop served with demi-glace and garlic mashed potatoes. To end date night, couples will share a heart-shaped chocolate cake served with ganache couverture, raspberry coulis and whipped cream.
California Hotel and Casino
Redwood Steakhouse will serve an exquisite three-course Valentine’s Day dinner for $45 per person from 5 p.m. to close. The appetizer features kale salad tossed with dried cherries, pomegranate, pickled red onion, crumbled goat cheese and poppy seed vinaigrette. A stunning surf and turf entrée will be presented with broiled filet mignon and shrimp and crab scampi served with asparagus and chardonnay beurre blanc. For dessert, lovebirds can enjoy a raspberry tart paired with a flute of champagne and a chocolate-covered strawberry.

Prime Rib Loft is offering a decadent Valentine’s Day special for $42 per person on Friday, Feb. 14 from 5 p.m. to close. Lovers can start their meal with pulled short ribs tossed with cavatappi pasta and a sweet sauce, as well as with the choice of a roasted-garlic tomato soup or wedge salad dressed with white chocolate vinaigrette. The surf and turf entrée features a 6-oz. filet topped with lump crab and half of a lobster tail served over roasted potato and vegetables drizzled with port wine reduction. To end the meal, couples can enjoy a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Throughout the evening, couples can also experience the Motown sounds of guitarist and vocalist Calvin Brooks from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.

The Angry Butcher will serve a savory three-course Valentine’s Day dinner from 4 p.m. to close for $40 per person. The meal will begin with the choice of lobster bisque or a Sweetheart Salad tossed with Bibb lettuce hearts, sweet heirloom tomatoes, feta cheese, pistachios, spring onion and white balsamic. For the main course, guests can choose from two options, including beef wellington or Alaskan halibut served with buttered asparagus and wild mushroom risotto. IP’s newest restaurant, Bayview Café, is offering a tasty Valentine’s Day menu on Friday, Feb. 14 from 10:30 a.m. to midnight for $35 per person. The Valentine’s Day menu features the choice of a grilled ribeye paired with a roasted Maine lobster tail, pancetta and smoked gouda mac and cheese, grilled asparagus and drawn butter. For dessert, guests can enjoy a strawberry chocolate tart made with chocolate ganache, toasted pecans, fresh strawberries and a dark chocolate crust.

Bugatti’s Steak & Pasta will offer a delicious four-course Valentine’s Day dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. for $95 per person. For starters, the special includes a lobster bisque and Caesar salad. The main course is a surf and turf feast, featuring a filet and lobster tail served with russet and sweet potato gratin and asparagus. To end the meal, guests will be served a perfectly sweet dessert.

From Friday, Feb. 14 through Sunday, Feb. 16, Pearl’s Oyster Bar will serve a flavorful three-course menu on Valentine’s Day for $60 per person from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. To begin the meal, guests can choose a house or Caesar salad. The main entrée features a creole-braised short rib served with a half lobster tail, gouda grits and roasted root vegetables. A rich red velvet cheesecake will be served for dessert. Revolution Chop House will serve up a scrumptious three-course Valentine’s Day dinner, starting Friday, Feb. 14 through Sunday, Feb. 16 for $110 per couple.
